Barbell Club in Concord, NSW
Barbell club is designed to improve technique in the olympic style lifts including snatch and clean and jerk, as well as in the compound lifts such as squats and deadlifts. Unlimited members will have access to additional strength and weightlifting programming designed for them, which can be completed in barbel club times.
